The Self Cube Program is made
up of three parts, much the same as the stability of
a three legged stool on uneven ground. Most of
the time our world is on uneven ground anyway, is it
not?
A) The Cube contains 6
different iconic symbols representing separate
personality strengths and traits. Each unique
symbol is that of an ancient language, except peace
which is now just universal. The cube can be
manually rolled for a random daily trait or
specifically placed in it's base to exude it's
intention. There are powder coated/anodized solid aluminum
Cubes and base for the executive and/or trophy use,
as well as Foam Rubber Safety Cubes for the kids
& teens. The Cube is the key to the program, the
catalyst to change and interesting enough to work!
B) The Cue Cards perform
several functions, firstly they are a reminder of
which trait you are working on improving that day,
secondly they are a Cue to others around you that
you may be stressed. Based on simple principle
of stress management, the Cue Card is rubbed between
the thumb and fingers while one counts until the
stress has been
rubbed away. We humans have used this
principle for centuries, from rosary beads to stress
stones. This lets you focus for a bit and regain
some composure in times of personal stress.

the forums for an added measure of support.
C) The Website contains a
wealth of continuously improving information.
Our secure Forum for discussions and progress reviews where most desirable
outcomes are documented and challenged. Each
subscriber will has a private and personal page that
is only accessible via their password. Here
you can play some time limited games, answer
questions, rate your daily successes and many other
features. Time spent gaming here is limited by a
preset timer and the page will close automatically after
that period of time. This is to aid with the
task transition issues we sometimes face, especially
good for kids. Teens have their own page
with access to a semi-moderated Teens only forum.
Many other goodies one expects on a good website
are also included, such as printable daily task
charts with icon image and coping suggestions,
printable fridge posters and much more.
Combining all three of these
tools can lead to a healthier understanding of the
real life effects and possible solutions to the
unique problems we face. In reality, most
human progress is made by people that can think
outside the box. Most of us with ADD/ADHD, Aspergers or Autism
often live outside
that box and The Self Cube can help redefine those
boundaries to rewrite the "limitations" society
puts on us.
